So how Does it work?
You will train 3 -5 times per week, this can be done by accesing the the workouts provided online through the members only section of the website and via exclusive App thats available for to download. You Can utilise some of the sessions at your gym or even tag on a 28 day pass for the EPIC Fitness sessions if you're Sheffield based.
Eat the foods recomended for the relavent week in the personalised quantities that you will be given, to make this easier you will have access to meal plans and reicpes.
Complete your Daily online diary which will be assesed and feedback given throughout the 28 days
When does this start?
You will be required to start within the next 10 days, I only ever open up 10 of these slots, once you are boooked on you will get access to your shopping lists etc. It may take you a couple of days to get organised to be able to start properly
